Francis Albert "Frank" Sinatra - American singer, actor, and producer was one of the most popular and influential musical artists of the 20th century. Sinatra's music has been considered timeless by many. He is one of the best-selling music artists of all time, having sold more than 150 million records worldwide. Born in Hoboken, New Jersey, to Italian immigrants, he began his musical career in the swing era of Harry James and Tommy Dorsey. He found success as a solo artist after being signed by Columbia Records in 1943, becoming the idol of "bobby soxers." He released his first album, The Voice of Frank Sinatra, in 1946. During the early 1950s he turned to Las Vegas, Nevada where he became one of the best known performers of the time. In 1953 he received an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor in the movie From Here to Eternity.

The Monday Blues Jazz Orchestra founded in the late 1960's by employees of RCA's Astro-Electronics satellite division in East Windsor, NJ, has continuously entertained audiences with an ever-evolving mix of music up through the present day. Originally created as a place for amateur musicians to play and have fun, the Monday Blues Jazz Orchestra has grown to become one of the Northeast region's premier musical attractions. Today, the Monday Blues Jazz Orchestra delivers audiences a fresh mix of sounds comprised of classic big band jazz, popular standards, modern hits, favorites from the Great American Songbook, and the hottest rock, R&B, and pop hits in a distinctly unique and modern style. The 20 plus member band is comprised of some of the top instrumentalists and vocalists in the region Philadelphia and south Jersey region, providing top notch entertainment for concerts, festivals, corporate events and fundraisers.

As members of a national fraternal organization, the State Lodge of Pennsylvania, Order Sons of Italy in America carries on human relations activities on a charitable basis for the purpose of demonstrating to the community the positive force of its Italian-American citizens.
